Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only in specific cases, such as:

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Perishable items (flowers, chocolates, cakes, etc.)

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

2. Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed in the following cases:

  • Product out of stock after order confirmation

  • Order cancelled by Cute Bunch

  • Eligible returns as per our policy

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Replacements

We are happy to offer free replacements if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product

  • An incorrect item is delivered

Replacements will be dispatched after verification of the issue and subject to product availability.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not been processed or dispatched.

  • Once processing or customization begins, cancellations are not permitted.

5. Delivery Issues

Cute Bunch is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect address or contact details

  • Failed deliveries due to recipient unavailability

  • Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, courier delays)

In such cases, refunds will not be applicable.
